This is a bit of a test while I see how Wix works, but here we go.

I am working to get published by following the ancient path of submitting short stories to magazines and such. Meanwhile, I'm working on my first novel (at the 2nd draft stage).

Adding to the mix, I need to get a website, blog, and some social media in place so I can build an audience and share what I'm doing and stories and stuff. That's what the writing business calls Author Platform in a nutshell.

Right this moment, I am trying to build up a Wix site, see how it works, and then decide if I want to pay them or GoDaddy to host my web site. Hook up my domain and bam, I am in the Author Platform game.
